I gave the participates 15 points and asked them divide the points across four groups. Then asked them if their paychecks at the end of the year was impacted on any of these four areas.
The result of this mixed group: The participants spent most of the time arguing with each other.
Lesson learned: prepare the participants better or divide the partipants up into seperate meetings.
