PBA Zone : IT Environment : Operational Risk Tolerance Levels Area

All IT organizations must balance the execution capability of the solution and the risks associated with utilizing specific technologies, techniques, processes and people. It is important for the architecture team to understand the IT organization’s specific tolerance for risk for their specific initiative. Taking too much or too little risk can significantly impact the success and support of the initiative in the IT organization. It is critical to capture that information carefully.
