PBA Zone : Requirements Environment : Communiations Requirements Area

Communication requirements represent important needs of the Architecture team to communicate analysis, impact and the solution plan in various medians (example: written reports, oral reports, presentations, etc…). As the architecture team is preparing, it is important to document and understand what is expected while assembling the communication strategy. Often, these communication strategies can be significantly influenced by methodologies, processes and business measurement needs.

Example of typical communication audiences:

   1) Stakeholders

   2) The Architecture team

   3) The Application Development team

   4) The Engineering Design team

   5) The Operational Support team

   6) Vendor / Partner teams

   7) Executive Sponsor(s)
