PBA Zones

it's not just a big list of questions...

Every IT architect has his or her common questions used on most projects.   However,  it is common for most of us to focus on core groups of questions that put emphasis on our strengths,  we often ignore areas where we are weak.  The PBA project was designed to capture those questions and manage it through a very simple framework.    We found that the framework works well and most architects think in terms of the 4 focused zones.  I decided to just use them instead of inventing something else.
